Sarah Whitehead, half of the ingenious duo, The Seamstresses, will lead you through an exploration of wild costume ideas, or how to create a fabulously quirky outfit. Using recycled clothing items (you can bring your own or source them here), decorating elements, scissors, needles thread and/or safety pins, come and create something unique. No SEWING EXPERIENCE necessary. There will be sewing machines available for those who may want to make alternations more permanent.

Sarah Whitehead is a trained clown and theatre maker. She studied clown and bouffon with clown masters Philippe Gaulier (Paris) and Giovanni Fussetti (Melbourne). She has also completed a Bachelor of Theatre Arts (Acting) at USQ, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Education at Monash University.
