Vulcana will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 1pm on Sunday 14 June. 

Attendance is open to all Vulcana members. Members can RSVP via this form.

NOTE: If you have enrolled in a Vulcana class within the last 12 months, you are automatically a Vulcana member.

If you would like to nominate a member for Vulcana’s Management Committee, you can do so via this nomination form. Nominations must be made prior to 1pm on Sunday 31 May.      

On the day, the AGM will be followed by Boardgames + Hangs for the community. All are welcome to stay on for catch-ups and low-stakes fun.
